Pasta with Vegetables
Trying to fit extra veggies in your meals? This is a quick, easy, and delicious way to squeeze in a few extra servings.
Servings: 6 servings
Ingredients
- 1 box pasta lentil, gluten free, whole grain
- 1 jar pasta sauce Trader Joe's tomato basil sauce
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 bag baby spinach
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta in a large pot according to package directions.
- In a separate large pan, add all vegetables, olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Saute vegetables until tender.
- Strain pasta in a colander, place back into large pot, and stir in sauce and heat through.
- Add sauted vegetables into large pot and mix well.
