Low FODMAP Pumpkin Pie Smoothie
A delicious option for a low FODMAP smoothie. This is perfect to make in the fall and winter when there is plenty of canned pumpkin around.

Ingredients
- 1 unripe banana sliced and previously frozen
- 1/2 cup lactose-free plain yogurt may substitute coconut yogurt
- 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients together in a high-speed blender. Mix for about 2-3 minutes or until smooth and creamy. Pour into a large glass and enjoy!
