"Healthy" Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients
- 1.5 cups oats
- 2 bananas
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 tbsp powdered peanut butter
- 2 tbsp ground flax seeds
- 1 handful chocolate chips
- dash salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a small dish, add ground flax seeds along with 3 tbsp of water and mix; let sit for 10 minutes to form a "flax egg" in place of regular eggs
- Mash 2 bananas with a fork in a mixing bowl
- Blend oats in a food processor or blender until flour consistency and add to mixing bowl
- Add remaining ingredients and flax egg to mixing bowl and stir well
- Place 2 tbsp size balls onto a non-stick baking sheet
- Bake in oven for 15 minutes
