Butternut Squash Soup

Ingredients
- 1 large butternut squash
- 1 spaghetti squash
- 2 large sweet potato
- 1 large onion chopped
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1-2 T. cinnamon
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tsp. paprika
- pumpkin seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Chop butternut squash and sweet potato into chunks.
- Place in a steamer for 10-15 minutes.
- Cut spaghetti squash in half, place upside down in a microwave-safe dish, add 1/4 cup water, and microwave for 15 minutes.
- Scrape spaghetti squash out with a fork.
- Add both types of squash and sweet potato to a blender or food processor along with chopped onion.
- Blend until smooth, adding water to thin if needed.
- Add blended squash/potato mixture to a large pot over medium heat.
- Add remaining ingredients, stir, and cook for 10 minutes.
