Berry Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 cup non-dairy milk coconut or almond works well
- 1/2 banana
- 1/4 cup blackberries
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
Instructions
- The night before, combine chia seeds and 1/2 cup non-dairy milk in a small container, mix thoroughly and place in the refrigerator overnight to make chia pudding.
- Combine all other ingredients in a blender.
- Top with any additional toppings and a spoonful or two of the chia seed pudding.
